Katie Kramer
Owner and Therapist
LPCC
Hi! I am Katie Kramer and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I am a graduate of Wright State University with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I have experience working in a couple of youth mental health partial hospitalization units where I assessed and treated children ages 2-18 experiencing severe behavior concerns. I provided group, individual, and family sessions. I have also worked with individuals of all ages and families in outpatient settings.
I believe in working with children and parents together to provide a holistic and wellness counseling approach to treatment. It is important for parents and children to be aware of their emotions as well as physical responses and triggers. I believe that counseling is such a beneficial intervention for children and adults of all ages.
Wellness counseling integrates physical, social, and emotional health into the treatment model. The purpose of wellness counseling is to assist individuals to maximize their quality of life by discarding poor habits and adopting healthy day to day practices. My passion is in helping to create those habits with your child and yourself, and to work towards your ideal home, school and peer environments.
My goal is that you and your child leave feeling trusted, safe, hopeful, and heard.

Liz Daumann
Therapist
LISW
Hi! My name is Liz Daumann and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I graduated from Wright State University with my Masters in Social Work in 2016.
My most recent experience comes from working as a school-based therapist with children in grades k-8. Working in the school setting, I supported clients using a variety of strategies, from play therapy and creative-expressive interventions to cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness activities. I assisted children with improving communication skills, increasing self-esteem and self-expression, and learning to identify and manage difficult emotions.
I also have experience working in a youth partial hospitalization program with children ages 2-8 struggling with severe behavioral difficulties. I provided psychoeducation about appropriate social skills and utilized a specific praise & reward model to help parents manage behaviors in the home.
I believe the relationship between a client and therapist is of the utmost importance. When trust and safety are established, the real work of counseling can begin. I aim to always acknowledge the strength and bravery of my clients, as I know that sharing about oneself is often uncomfortable. Utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, I am able to help clients who long to share their vulnerabilities and fears in order to make life changes. My goal is that every client I meet leaves my office feeling supported, validated and seen.
